Started just over a year ago and the transformation working with Jake has been amazing. People say they haven't seen me so strong and healthy in 20 years. I feel fantastic and look forward to every work out. Jake is a great accountability partner and has designed workouts that help me get stronger without injury.

This location is very clean and spacious. This gym has an abundance of new and modern equipment. There are many hand sanitizer dispensers along with multiple sanitizing disinfectant stations.
