We purchased a louvered pergola in 2022 and it was installed in the fall of that year. In 2023 we noticed some leaks and contacted them and found out they no longer do installation and are a manufacturing company of louvered pergolas. Referred us to Aspen Landscape for any problems but after 1 year we have to pay for repairs or problems. Aspen Landscape came and fixed the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable!
They cancelled the contract the week they were to start. A phone call and a refund aren't want we wanted. We wanted the product we were promised. He said "you won't want our product from other people" so he must not have a lot of confidence in who he is selling too. A man and his word (not to mention a contract) apparently mean nothing.
This company gets it! Great purchase experience! The attention to detail that the installation team did is remarkable! Everything looks terrific and better than expected!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEE!!! Thank you!
