Horrible customer service. No compassion or anything. Made us feel dirty
Worst customer service experience. I walked in with my 91 year old grandfather, who is an Air Force retiree. He needed a haircut because he hasnt got one in a while. As soon as we walked in, the lady looked him up and down with disgust asking "is his hair clean?". I informed her that he had just taken his shower and his hair was indeed clean, but after my response, she seemed put off. I told her to forget it and that I was going to take him elsewhere. She suggested that I go across the street for his haircut. No way in hell ... read more
My husband and my son goes there and love it. They’re always both very sweet and patient with my son which is a huge plus. I totally recommend it.
