Excellent experience, from confirming my EyeMed insurance to my quick eye exam to helping me select frames. I got a pair of beautiful tortoiseshell frames that Matt helped me select and they were ready ahead of time. If you want a solid selection of affordable, quality eyewear NOT owned by Luxottica or other conglomerates but rather by the family who founded this operation, I highly recommend SEE.
I came in to have my frame's arms tightened, as they had become loose with use over time. SEE helped resolve the issue no questions asked, with no extra pushing to sign up for an appt, or browse their offerings. Out of curiosity, I asked about their origin and where they source their frames, and was pleased to hear they were based in Detroit, MI and sourced boutique frames from around the world. Amazing on every level. Great doctor, told me things about eye care nobody else did, great staff, ordered contacts that were somehow cheaper than my last set that I had gotten online, on top of that told me about enormous rebates I wasn't aware of, and even threw in a pair of complimentary sunglasses. This place makes me reconsider my aversion to shopping in person. Check them out!
Terrific staff and selection. Matt, specifically, is tremendous, but have had nothing but good experiences across all staff. They handle my glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and annual eye exams - a nice one stop shop. Thanks for all you do, See!
Just picked-up my second set of SEE eyeglasses - I love that their frames are unique but somehow timeless. My thanks to Corinne who made what is normally a nerve-racking decision super painless. She pulled me 6 or so frames to try on based on my style and requirements and then helped me to pick the ones that looked best on. One of them I never would have noticed without her and they're now my favorite. Thank you!
