I had a small issue with my glasses frame, and they were extremely attentive and helpful — they fixed it straight away without any hassle. It's clear they really care about their customers. I had an excellent experience with Brooke! She was incredibly thorough during my eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. Brooke is not only knowledgeable but also warm and approachable, which made the whole appointment really comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great optometrist!
Best optometrist I’ve ever been to. She worked with me to find my perfect script and compared and explained what she had changed to my original glasses instead of just flicking through the tests and giving me what she thought. The reception staff were then amazing with helping me pick frames. I am so happy with my glasses both the style and script. The best experience I’ve had getting glasses in the 18 years I’ve worn them. Highly recommend and worth every cent!
