Chad did a full bathroom renovation for me in 2025. I found him to be polite, helpful, on time and he did a wonderful job. When I’m ready to do my ensuite, I’ll be contacting Sea-Change Constructions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom at See Change. From start to finish, Tom and his team were professional, organised and highly communicative. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. Not only was everything completed to a high standard, but they went over and above to complete the work. I would highly recommend See Change to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy builder.

Not only was Tom so quick in responding to my request for a quote - he was flexible, innovative and very knowledgeable in his approach to solving my problem. Even offered to come down on a Saturday morning to get my gate built asap because he knew I was in a pickle. Could not recommend him more highly.
