Not only was Tom so quick in responding to my request for a quote - he was flexible, innovative and very knowledgeable in his approach to solving my problem. Tom and Daniel recently completed some work on our Unit block installing extra weep holes, sealing around courtyards and building alterations to some planter box gardens. He examined issues we had with some major building faults, helped identify priorities and promptly scheduled the work. During this work, he discovered extra issues which he rectified as well. Tom and crew at Sea Change recently completed works around a downstairs conversion to granny flat. They were professional, efficient, clean and close to quote - Tom worked well collaborating on ideas and was notably on time, and always showed up when he was meant to.
