Top notch service. I have used this service twice by now and my knives come back not only sharpened with precision but conditioned, de-oxydized and looking nearly new. Even the sloppy burr marks left on a blade by a previous service provider have been smoothed out. These people love what they do, for sure. (Service Ticket 97941, ROC2, 7852)
