Went to SEE for birthday shopping and the ladies working were great! They were helpful and so complementary. After trying on several glasses, I chose two pairs -- one were a really cool purple and the others were this really ornate green with jewels. After my purchase, I noticed one pair had the tiniest of scratches but, I wasn't happy about it. So, I walked back in and asked them to replace them and boom!
