My wife and I recently had an issue that we felt required getting an attorney involved in our behalf. We contacted the law office of Marc B. Sedwick. He was very helpful, but after an extensive review of the issue he was not able to represent us. However, he did provide us some helpful advice. We will definitely contact Mr. Sedwick again if we need an attorney.
I was involved in a Crash on 1-65 in my Baby. Supercharged Mustang with 36K original miles. Traffic backing up during rush hour. No one was hurt but I totaled my car. No big deal stuff happens. I call my agent to put in the claim and he informs me he has Collision only on this car. Basically Garage Insurance like a stored classic car. This was not what was supposed to be on the car and he knew it. My insurance company and agent could have done the right thing and added it based on my agents neglect. They declined.
