Total Scam! I drive out 3 hours out of my evening to look at a vehicle, drive it, and decide to make a deal. The price is fine, and im ready to pay it, in cash. Car is fine too, seller not so much. First, Salvage title. I knew it, and was ok with it. But its not in sellers name! Sellers name is just penned in with a pencil, and only first name.
