My appointment at Sedora Spa was a great experience. The spa is very clean and professional and the services are explained very thoroughly and never feel rushed. Look forward to coming back!
They charged me $50 to hold a spot for an appointment on July 5th. I had cancelled the appt 9 days prior and requested through email and phone calls to get back my refund. They said the owner will do it manually. Well, they lied to me. It’s now August 23rd. Still no refund. I will take this as a loss but don’t recommend this business. It shouldn’t be this hard to get back the $50 for an appt that was cancelled more than a week early. Very unhappy.
This was my first time ever getting laser hair removal. I’m a Fitzpatrick 5 for skin and their lasers work great for my skin. Brianna is incredibly sweet and accommodating and made me feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!!
I had my first ever laser hair appt. With Sara, she is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure I would know exactly what to expect and her explanation of the treatment was on point. Sara made sure I was totally comfortable from start to finish and I am looking forward to my next appt.
