Even though it was taking longer than thought to complete the job, a french drain, and I told them they didn't need to feel compelled to complete the job in one day and could come back the next day to finish up. But they instead persevered and finished the job that one day. That work ethic is sorely missed by many in contemporary society and is a refreshing break from the reality.bv

I highly recommend **** and SWS. My crawlspace needed so much work and **** helped me understand all the options and stayed within my budget. SWS installed drain piped the length of the house, dug a basin with a sump pump, dehumidifier and laid a vapor barrier. What meant the most to me was **** explaining the solutions, showing me the areas to be addressed and coming back out after his team was done to inspect their work (which was impeccable). I so relieved to have this project behind me.

SWS did not construct the French drains they installed on my property according to industry standard which caused significant damages to my property and will not honor their warranty. When I asked the owner to correct he told me if I “wanted it done right” I’d have to give him more money or I’d have to dig it up myself, (I am mid 50s single woman and disabled) to make the job easier for his crew. I am completely amazed by SWS work! The transformation is seriously inspiring. With the amount of problems that I had down there, its truly mind blowing how fast they were able to get everything done! Sedona performed a bait & switch. We were told we were getting and contracted for French Drains, however, they installed ************* (isnt that a breach of contract?). Pipe and gravel is a cheaper and less labor intensive job for the contractor to do and additionally it was the wrong application. They didnt even tell us. Isnt that fraud? They charged my girlfriend and I $13,338 for a job that clogged and ceased functioning within 3 months.
