This is a nice, well kept resort with great views with many recreational activities on site. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR VACATION CLUB PRESENTATION. They offered to cover our resort fees AND a free 7 day "getaway" for attending the presentation. Well, they NEVER credited us for our resort fees dispite numerous calls to credit our CC and the "free" getaway starts with a $280 reservation fee PLUS any additional fees associated with the resort you select. We all know how important for the Vip check in is! How they want a review for an hour of our stay. Not a big deal right!? But when they are so busy with the idea of what no means is intolerable. Can't understand why! Or maybe the one who gets us to spend an hour so thy can review new things. We'll attention to detail should be more important in our rooms for our owners, such as dirty cups being put away in cupboards, old coffee grounds still in the coffee pot.
