I spoke with Paul and contracted with him to come clean a rug and spot clean some bedroom carpet. It was for a short term rental that was vacant at the time. I gave him a code to get in, but it was never used. I had other contractors working there at the time so I was left to wonder if he just went in and did his thing and forgot to bill me or if he never showed up. I tried reaching him multiple times over the course of a week both by phone, leaving multiple voicemails and texts and never got a response.
