These massage sessions last for 2 hours that reduces the tension in your muscles by applying heat and pressure to specific pressure points. They also offer aromatherapy sessions wherein you're asked to inhale the aroma of natural oil extracted from medicinal plants, leaves, barks and stems. The aromatherapy sessions are carried out under the supervision of the owner who guides the tempo of your breathing patterns.

This is a must do. You have to meet Penny she is amazing. My two friends and I visited her and all three of us were so delighted and greatful with our experience. She does have a healing gift. this is one of the best spa experiences I've had. I loved her proffesionalsim, her grace, she is so attentive, she has so a great vibe. I recommend her a million times over.
Such a great experience with Penny. She is a true healer and so compassionate. I did the breath work and massage and it was wonderful. I don't think I have ever been in such a relaxed state of mind. I will use what she taught me in my everyday life.......will def see her again when I return to Sedona.
