Stay clear of this place if you actually need for a real Pain Management. They do not like to prescribe medication’s. They want to give injections and acupuncture. When I lived in San Diego, I was with the same Pain Management Doctor for 15 years. I never once had a problem at all. I even told her that I am OK to try whatever she wants to try as long as if it doesn’t work, we can address it. When you ask why they can’t manage your pain medications. Experienced listener and very attentive to your concerns!
Dr. Farrell has assisted me numerous times for various dislocations. She makes the adjustments as pain free as possible. Unlike some places that you keep having to return to keep popping you back into place, she does adjustments that put you back into place and stay in place. Adjustments may require her to rotate your arm and take breaths as she puts you back into place for things like ribs out of place or shoulder dislocation. I have been seeing her for years.
