Business thrives on taking advantage of tourists. Bought a bottle of oil on Monday and after 5 days of daily use, the cork broke in half. Had to use wine bottle opener to get the stuck portion out. I took the broken cork/stopper back to request a replacement from the same woman who sold the bottle. This was an hour before they were closing and the night before we were to leave town. Not only does this place have a vast range of amazing products, their customer service is top tier. I have been a repeat online customer since I visited the store in person in September 2024. They have always been so easy to work with. I had an issue with delivery twice and they made it right immediately. I am a customer for life
Betsy was the absolute best! She was so kind and knowledgeable, and helped us taste and choose the right olive oils.
Rancid oils and vinegars with artificial flavors. Not what i remember this place being.
Vast selection of incredible flavor-infused balsamic vinegars and olive oils among other wonderful offerings. You can sample all you’d like. Shopkeeper gentleman was super helpful, and I left with bottles of the best vinegars I have ever tasted. Truly worth a visit.
