The Food: Wellness includes treating myself well. At Sedona Mago's Taoist retreat the food (some of it locally grown) is mostly vegan with some fish/dairy offerings. But there's always lots of coffee; let's not get crazy about health :-D The setting: What a beautiful part of the world.
