A wonderful experience. The place is beautiful in many ways. More importantly is what you get to leave with and keep in one's daily living. Plan to return there often.

This is the best place to go in the U.S. for quiet contemplation and excellent learning programs! Mago Retreat is nestled into the majestic high desert, and there is no sound at night except from nature. There is no hotel/resort bling here; the rooms are simple, without electronic intrusions, and the food is wonderfully fresh and healthy. The grounds blend naturally into the landscape, with plenty of places for quiet meditation. Go be refreshed and revived!

It is like an oasis in the desert. The Healing Garden is my favorite. Mago Gardens has an aura of peacefulness filled with healing energy that is life changing. The food is fantastic. It's healthy and very tasty. You can eat as much as you like and feel great! The rooms are pristine but you won't be spending much time there. The folks there are the best! They make you feel like you've come home. It's an experience you will keep wanting to go back to.
