I had the most amazing spa experience here! The salt room is such a deeply relaxing experience...a room filled with Himalayan Pink Salt that you can sit in for healing. I followed that up with a massage by Christine -- she is amazing! I had a hot stone, deep tissue massage. Simply put..if you want to feel like being pampered while in Sedona, you MUST visit the Sedona Health Spa!
This is a one-of-a-kind spa in VOC. I have received several massages from Chris at Sedona Health spa. I feel a connection to her and the meaningful work she does to encourage emotional and physical wellness. The staff are supportive, kind and helpful. I love going into the spa - it's beautiful, modern, clean, comforting and welcoming. The salt room is so healing and feels good in there. I would love next time I'm at the spa to receive a treatment!
