Ruined my shirt in 3 different places and did not want to take responsibility for the damage. They use a 3rd party service, so they don't have control over the process. Would never go back.
We don’t have a lot of choices in Sedona for dry cleaning service, but even if we had, I would still come here. The nicest service, always in time, and the clothes for our business meetings in the cities always look top notch.
Nice staff but all the sweaters were still dirty and new circle stains made from the dry cleaning process
I'm a very loyal person & would do business with a company until the very end if I'm treated right & stand by their service. I ran into multiple issues with them on different occasions. 1st try shame on you, 2nd try shame on me 3rd try I give up. The owner of the business is actually a really nice gentleman who's trying to fix all the past and current issues when he took over the business. The man with whom I dropped off my silk garments was very accommodating. He assured me that they would be ready on Saturday and that the shop would be open until 1pm that day. This was critical, since I would be leaving town and needed these for my trip. I live 40 minutes away in Rimrock, so it’s not easy to run over. When I arrive on Saturday before 1PM, I find that they have CLOSED EARLY!! Not even a person still inside closing up. Lights off. Totally Gone! Really angry right now.
