The guys at the bike shop are AMAZING! Tony Fanelli is the best in the West! He is helpful and knows his stuff. He is a legend on the east coast!

We stopped in today (our first visit to Arizona, let alone Sedona) for some much needed caffeine. We had great service!!! Both guys working were extremely friendly. One of them was busy helping a family get settled with bikes and trail tips. Though he had to have given the spiel dozens of times in the past week alone to other customers, he was so genuinely upbeat and showed honest concern for their safety, making sure they had enough water. Amazing service, way beyond everything I've seen so far (first of all in Europe ;). Mounted 2 tubeless tires and fixed the noise within 20 minutes. How cool is that! <3
