Pros (5-stars): Nice gym, great selections of classes, and friendly staff. Cons (3-stars): The spa rennovation has taken much longer than expected, resulting in the lap pool being closed, no accessible bathrooms or showers in the spa area (directly adjacent to the gym), and the most poorly maintained Concept 2 rowing machine I've ever used (I doubt the flywheel's ever been cleaned, or that the chain's ever been oiled, and one of the nylon seat rollers is shredded).
