This is the worst apartment complex ever!! If I could give u a zero rating I would. When I moved in I made a report about my bathroom sink. I could see into the adjoining apartment bathroom they covered the home with a piece of cardboard and plaster a week later. I complained about the neighbors upstairs and the management told me the only thing they can do is move me to another apartment but I would have to pay a relocating fee.Pest control was in and out of 4 apartments in less than an hour. The management is extremely unprofessional. Its impossible to get any problems fixed, without calling maintenance 10 times first. The plumbing is always backed up, and the neighborhood is less than ideal. But by far the worst part of the whole Sedona experience is the unprofessional employees. The Manager leaves alot to be desired in the way that she handles herself in front of residents & future residents. Overall a seriously disappointing experience.
don't consider Sedona apartments to be your future home, being that these apartments are outdated and nasty. these apartments need to be gutted out and start over, I lived there for 3 years formerly pinemeadows and in that time I heard gun shots and seen it with my own eyes, and a lot of fighting, not suitable to live if you have small children or any human in that matter go check it out physically pictures are deceiving trust me.
Management extremely rude and unhelpful to tenants. Do not bother cleaning at move out because they will find something to charge you for. I spent several hours cleaning the rat hole and I still got charged for things. Washroom was always nasty and reeked of cigarette smoke even though there is a city ordinance against smoking in buildings. Most of the time the washers and dryers were out of order without any signs so you waste a lot of quarters and the laundry facilities were always dirty.
