The community is nice. Well maintained and had lots of trees. Front office staff does their best. There was one time the water was off for 18 hours. That was horrible and very unsanitary for those who needed to shower or use the bathroom. Parking really isn’t an issue. The pool and gym on the opposite side of the leasing office is just interesting … to say the least. We have been living here for going on 7 years and very satisfied with the complex and amenities. Jeff Carvajal Maintenance Supervisor always responds to any request quickly and with high quality. We feel very well taken care of at Sedona Apartments. If you are looking for a place that is a quiet and safe environment for you and your family make Sedona your home.
I have lived at Sedona for 3 and a half years. I like that the community is clean, quiet (mostly), and its geographic location works for me. Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately management here is obtuse when it comes to enforcing their own policies. Parking is always a problem. Commercial vehicles are stored here. Some people have 4 vehicles to a one bedroom apartment.
