So, I've lived at Sedona for almost five years now. We're moving out primarily because we kind of just want a change of scenery but, this complex is definitely really solid. The complex itself is really homey, the floor plans have always been good, the maintenance is very prompt. I genuinely don't really have anything bad to say about the complex. So living there was not the problem. We lived their for some time, any issues with the unit was addressed and they came in a timely manner. The grounds were always kept clean. The parking situation was not great, the gates never worked and were so loud. Towards the end of our lease our master bath roof was leaking from the above unit the first time they came and painted over the mold and said it was condensation (i knew better it was mold and they were too lazy to fix it ) and once we moved out they addressed the leak and re... read more
Beautiful place. So we'll kept. The landscaping is almost botanical in its ambiance. Premium place to live for sure if you can get in.
