Waited an hour for service. Charged $52 dollars plus $20. I received a bowl cut. Immediately, I expressed my displeasure with the cut and style. The next day I telephonically requested a correction. I maintained a patient and respectful tone during the request. Initially, the request was granted. Moments later, I began receiving disparaging texts from a personal cellular phone. Finally, the saloon reneged its original agreement to fix the poor haircut. Unprofessional, immature, and incapable of admitting mistakes.

If you’re looking for a high end go-to barber this is the place. I even take my 2 year old son there. Just make sure to book in advance. They use the booksy app which is easy to use and you can even pay with it.
