Avoid at all costs unless you want the most frustrating experience you've ever had. Total lack of communication and knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Living on a Landmark street in a Historic home the revisions made by Sedgwick for the roof repair won't pass inspection and dont comply with the Landmark designation. The preferred roofer asigned from their network doesn't even want the job anymore and is hesitant to pull permits knowing passing inspection will be an issue. Avoid at all costs… Sedgwick Repair Services was responsible for restoring my home after we had mold mitigation. Three months later the work still hasn’t started, and I have received zero calls (despite leaving numerous messages for a status). My “ Concierge” Kelly Vargas is nowhere to be found and will not return a call. Approaching month four with my house still torn apart…

This company was contracted through my insurance company for repairs in my home. This company has been impossible to deal with. They are unprofessional and lack follow through and accountability. I have been attempted to get ahold of my point of contact (Damon Bolena) via telephone and email. I have left countless voicemails and emails and no one is returning my calls or answering my emails. I have been told repeatedly that a manager would call be and no one ever does.
