We looked at a number of places for mom and dad, Sedgwick Plaza checked all the boxes. Carly was the best in answering all our questions, showing us around and making us feel very welcomed.
A warm and greeting place with lots of nice people. They are also dog lovers.
So far so good haven’t talked to a person yet but I’m hopeful!
My mom has been here a little over 3 months. She has 1 major complaint and wants to move again already. She said the food is nasty and everyone agrees. And it takes an hour or more to get your food and it's always really cold. This is unacceptable! They recently took the only food she likes off the menu. She also has an issue with getting hot/warm water in her shower. She's finally realized if she takes a shower at noon time, instead of mornings, she can get warm water. I had the pleasure meeting Carli yesterday. I truly enjoyed our conversation and I believe wholeheartedly she is a wonderful human and you can’t go wrong trusting her with your loved one.
