I would give the DA’s office a zero, but it is not possible. I asked the DA’s office if they prosecute drug dealers if they give someone a fentanyl laced drug and that person dies IN GENERAL. For whatever reason, they think this question is funny. The guy laughed at me over the phone. Some states will prosecute and some will not due to the statues. JUSTICE FOR BABY JACI NOW!!!! I am so tired of seeing criminals get a slap in the wrist for such horrible crimes! Especially to our children.. She NEEDS a minimum of 15YRS!!! Why a plea agreement?? I thought he was an advocate for mental health? I watched Marc in court today advocate for leaving a 72 year old grandma with dementia in jail. She is in the hospital wing because they know she is incompetent. He wants to fight with everyone and cares not about what is right. He gives lawyers a bad name. Do what is right Marc and stop with the show boating and games, remember you will be judged on how you treated the widow's and orphans. David Smith CPA

Went through an assault had evidence along with pictures. Was turned over from the detective to the district attorney, and the district attorney said there was not enough evidence. So you can go do anything to someone in Sedgwick county, and get by with it.
