Awful company, awful people, awful everything.
Let’s be honest here… This business is totally useless. Their “Claim ajuster”, ADAM TOLLIS will ignore you, the most unprofessional person that I ever dealt with in my life. They are not interested in helping you, or solve anything for you. Total scam. Reading the other reviews, I wonder how a company like this still exists… Disappointed, but not surprised.
Useless organization. No respect for customers, they will drag your case forever. No compassion, no communication. They don’t even deserve a one star review… The reviews say it all, absolutely terrible and non professional company. You don’t deserve to be in business.
Sedgwick CMS is NOT an insurance company. They do not represent you and someone filing the claim. They work for the insurance company and in doing so ensure you do not get what you need. Dealing with them takes much longer as they are the middleman. Horrible company to deal with. Do not use them.
