Based on previous reviews I will have to agree with them. It is a pain to deal with sedgwick. I sent out my FMLA on multiple occasions and they "never get the paperwork" neither through fax, email and even uploading it on their portal. I have to consistently take time off my day to call over and over to verify if they got the paperwork. They need to hire compitent people to deal with time sentitive and crucial information.
TERRIBLE I’ve had nothing but awful experiences with your live chat support. I spoke with an agent named Kala, and in my personal experience she was the worst and came across as extremely rude. She didn’t answer my questions properly and ended the chat without resolving anything. This level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly the most frustrating customer support I’ve dealt with.
I've been using the Sedgwick live chat for almost a month, and every time I use it, the agents give different answers. The responses are not consistent. When I still have questions or concerns, the agent ends the chat prematurely—even though I'm still actively seeking help. If there were an option to rate this a zero, I absolutely would. The name of the agent I spoke with was Teara.
Horrible company. They won’t pay you and give you the run around. If you don’t get paid 1 time from them, get a lawyer right away to get your money the quickest way possible. If so, try and sue if emotional distress and interest from personal bills that were unable to get paid due to sedgewick lack of competence
