Biting into a Walmart burger and finding a fingernail was traumatic. Dealing with Sedgwick? That was the real horror. A class action lawsuit needs to happen against this fraudulent company. They mishandle and mistreat claims. They lie about trying to contact you and try to make it seem like you’re the one that’s lying. I don’t see how Grant Arnold is even a supervisor! Everyone I’ve tried to talk to is apparently on the west coast, however this listing is for the same company different locations. Couldn’t find a segwick listing for the west coast area.

Sedgwick is entirely inaccessible and does not resolve claims. It has been three years since AT&T installed fiber through our yard and damaged our irrigation system and severed a power cable. I eventually had to pay out of pocket after months of no one addressing the matter and continue to seek reimbursement. Even the original letter I received from the "Claims Examiner" has a phone number that is not in service.
