Looks like everyone is having the same issue... We call and leave messages voicemails and everything else and no replies. I am currently going through that right now.
Don’t deal with them. Especially Robert Sheppard. I’ve called him 75+ times in one day and he replied with one email. It took forever to get my claim started. He drug his feet and finally reached out via email. Then I finally got a quote from him and he wanted me to settle for half the cost. I eventually get the car in now he’s taking his time to pay them.
