Absolutely garbage company. Loves to deny claims for missing information whilst simultaneously not even doing their jobs. What’s the point of having authorizations if you don’t even use them. Even trying to talk to your “advocate” is a nightmare. I’m out pay, sick and vacation time due to their incompetence. Thought the whole point of taking leave was to heal - instead it’s been a never ending nightmare. Joke of a company.
