This place is the worst. Doesn't return calls in a timely manner. Makes up answers instead of saying they don't know. Holds payouts
I feel they need to be more understanding with people.
I was having a hard time figuring out what I was being told but processes and explanations should be repeated because if it was not heard or understood right or ever dealt with something like I did then it's hurting but FINALLY after asking questions thru e-mails and phone I was able to thoroughly understand a lot. When I received explanations did I feel relieved but not sure if it was the best I could've gotten. But it's ok it was an experience learned.
