I have been waiting for someone to contact me about a claim since July the 12th. It is now August 7th and I've yet to have anyone contact my client or contact me. This is the most unprofessional insurance experience I've ever had.
Can't get call back or anyone to answer the phone
How do use them for Workmen’s Comp. missed checks multiple times can never never get an answer from the person that’s your case manager if I had a choice, I think I’d rather go without money next time
