Toya brown is extreamly rude does not let me speak on the phone even tells me she's not gonna let me speak. She shouldn't be working for sedwick I have a longterm affect on my body and I am not receiving professional medical treatment.
Three injuries with two different fractures from work. But Sedgwick is only covering one fracture. They refuse to cover the other two injuries. My case manager is absolutely hateful and disrespectful. The best thing a client that’s suffering from the discrimination from this organization is to get an attorney. Sedgwick loves to discriminate and they are biased. I feel like I have been discriminated by these people.
Sedgwick handled my claim with blatant bad faith and unprofessionalism. They admitted liability more than once, yet still offered a settlement so low it was insulting. Their process is confusing, rushed, and designed to pressure claimants into accepting far less than what they deserve. Even after reviewing the pathetic offer, it became clear they never fully evaluated my damages or accounted for ongoing costs. This is the worst company I have EVER EVER dealt with. I am out on leave with my job for mental health issues and exhaustion. I am a nurse and feel unsafe at times due to neededing a mental reset and medication change. Katheryn doesn't call back or EVER EVER take calls. Its always some crap about missing paperwork.
