I wish I could leave less then 0* for sedwick. I have had to deal with them from work related injuries multiple times, and every time it is the most painful experience getting them to help. Multiple times it has took MONTHS to get paid while I was injured at work
My experience with Sedgwick has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When you are entitled to short-term disability benefits and have provided medical records and documentation from your doctors supporting your claim, you should not have to constantly fight just to receive the benefits you are entitled to. Instead, Sedgwick has made the process extremely difficult and has repeatedly given me the runaround. This organization is working on behalf of Above and Below Contracting LLC to avoid the 100% liability of the accident their insured caused, while receipts have been presented and this organization will be expected to payout in full, it's a shame scam organizations like this one operate legitimately in this country. I have documented pancreatitis I've had triple bypass surgery and now I have prostate cancer they have denied my claims because my doctors have filled paperwork out wrong it's not my fault I'm not the doctor they tell me I have one to two days to get my paperwork in even though my company gave me this paperwork which tells me 5 days.
