Denies you with no info even if doctor recommends a mri they will deny you so u have to pay out of pocket. But jus 32 hours before when it was jus physical therapy it was approved... thennnn next day doc says I need mri and now its denied. Hmmm... jus lil bit suspicious if u ask me.
They stall you and are really vague
I had a claim while traveling in the military. I was promised compensation from Walmart then told or Coca-Cola should handle it. Later I was told the claim was too old to file after numerous times trying to get the issue resolved. This is what a company with no integrity, honor or morales looks like. Looking through my old military stuff I realized they lied about everything and of course the case was to old for anything now. If I could leave a Zero rating, I would. This company makes you jump thru hoops, tons of paper work and then more hoops. Only to deny you your FMLA claim through no fault of your own. They needed a Dr to redo a couple dates, looked and dates were correct. Dr even redid and resent and they still denied FMLA pay. This company is a scam and any company who uses them does not care about their employees. Word of advice, just take LOA if you can instead of using those this company they are horrible!!!!
