Should have zero stars . They really care so little about people. Any company that uses them should be ashamed
Denies you with no info even if doctor recommends a mri they will deny you so u have to pay out of pocket. But jus 32 hours before when it was jus physical therapy it was approved... thennnn next day doc says I need mri and now its denied. Hmmm... jus lil bit suspicious if u ask me.
