This company makes having life circumstances or mental health issues even harder. Jennifer Dixon couldn't even follow or remember I emailed or phoned her. I gave up, sedgwick makes fmla/short term disability impossible. I suffered because their job is to do anything to ensure YOU DON'T GET COVERED. THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP. I hate this company. They call at horrible times and leave a callback number in voicemail that sends you to a phone tree that then refers you to go online. Waste of time and disorganized.
Just use state disability. Useless company
