I’d like to personally thank Fidelina from the SoCal branch of Sedgwick. She’s such a nice and polite lady. She was the examiner of my claim, and she did a great job handling my claim. I had to extend it multiple times, and there was a few times when I got a little frustrated and anxious, but Fidelina always had a grip and was extremely professional. They are not a helpful at all. The service sucks. I will not be renewing my membership with them at all!
Sedgwick is the worst part of having cancer.
One of their clients totaled my car and put me in the hospital for a week. When it was finally time settle up damages an injuries the representative was incredibly inconsiderate, pushy, she was rude, she raised her voice at me, her entire mission was to try and minimize the situation to as small as she could get it. Completely unprofessional
The most unprofessional people ever. I have been dealing with a Workman's comp case since 01/01/2024. My adjuster, Abigail Bis, was super helpful until it wasn't beneficial for them to continue helping me. I am still dealing with my case. My payments have been horribly inconsistent as I was let go from my job due to the injury.
