My adjuster sent over the claim three days ago for direct deposit and there was no funds in the account to pull from I am supposed to be getting 21 and some change. They are shorting me $600.
Terrible and slow company
I’d like to personally thank Fidelina from the SoCal branch of Sedgwick. She’s such a nice and polite lady. She was the examiner of my claim, and she did a great job handling my claim. I had to extend it multiple times, and there was a few times when I got a little frustrated and anxious, but Fidelina always had a grip and was extremely professional. They are not a helpful at all. The service sucks. I will not be renewing my membership with them at all!
Sedgwick is the worst part of having cancer.
