Sedgwick calls and leaves messages to return their call with a number that no longer is in service, They are NOT billing the company who they hired to do the job created by Home Depot’s guys who delivered a refrigerator and banged up the entry to the house. I am NOT able to talk to anyone to solve the problem of paying the charges to the company who did the work, hired by Sedgwick, and NOT ME!! Terrible, horrible company! Do not deal with them for anything!
This place is a typical place but all they want is to take your payments and they never wanna pay off what they’re supposed to. I’m on short-term disability with them through with my employer so far I’ve contacted them 12 1314 times they never ever get back from you when you called them and get a person this person will tell you anything that he feels like telling you the next person will tell you some different and the next one will tell you some different from that if we were in the scariest country in Central America, I w... read more
CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE
This company makes having life circumstances or mental health issues even harder. Jennifer Dixon couldn't even follow or remember I emailed or phoned her. I gave up, sedgwick makes fmla/short term disability impossible. I suffered because their job is to do anything to ensure YOU DON'T GET COVERED. THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP.
