On May 19, 2026, our car was damaged at a Macy's when a loose sign fell on the rear windshield. Customer representative at Sedgwick, Lisa Crist, took amazing care of us and the car has been repaired and Sedgwick has reimbursed us for our expenses. I had a very bad experience while giving my statement claim with your employee Shanta Byrd through my employer’s insurance Sedgwick. During the phone interview, I felt like my injury and everything I explained was being minimized and questioned. You can NEVER speak with anyone. You call and get voicemail only and they don’t call you back. Terrible customer service. I’ve called several different numbers and they all go to voicemail.
Oh Suzy if only you could find a way to be polite to people coming into the building. Maybe one day but unlikely.
