Well it’s been over a month and I have had any communication at all from them. I’ve reached out multiple times trying to get answers about my case. It would be nice if Wendy would return calls or answer messages on the website. Even turned in a complaint on the website and haven’t heard anything either. Do better Sedgewick.

For everyone putting bad reviews. Sedgwick is a third party administrator for insurance companies. The requirements for claim filing, timelines etc are determined by the insurance company or the employer. From an internal point of view, the rules change almost daily for processing claims. Turnover rate is very high and they don't pay their examiners well enough. I am sorry for everyone's bad experience. Not all examiners care like I did. I truly cared. Sad the company or clienta don't.
I was in an accident with a trucker driver over a month ago. Sedgwick is the insurance company that represents them. This insurance company is not good to their claim victims. It’s been excuse after accuse. You can’t get in touch with the adjusters working on your claim. You have to send emails back and forth. My car was tore up in the accident.
