Case managers ( specifically ms. Winslow) is rude arrogant individual their only goal is to NOT pay your claim regardless if you have EARNED the claim we’re filing. I’m not asking for a hand out I EARNED what they’re withholding.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Impossible to get in-touch with and take accountability. I agree with everyone else if I could give them negative stars I would.
This place is a joke
