Jason is a five star employee, he is the reason the review has stars. I am not stating a five star review for the company as I have not had many interactions with them. He is an excellent field Adjustor who cares about getting things done correctly. I guess there’s other factors for the company overall. But if you get Jason on your claim you are in good hands.
One Star – If I Could Give Zero, I Would Dealing with this insurance company has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve spent months trying to resolve a simple issue, only to be met with complete silence and incompetence at every turn. They never answer the phone. Total nightmare!!
Almost three years of pain and suffering, they are now refusing g to pay the medical bills and they keep cutting checks and not paying them later. Evil corporation that will leave you in pain for years.
My claim was transferred to the Long Beach office and I can,t even get an operator to get me to my new adjuster. I had a great adjuster in Pasadena, Jessica Romero. Now my prescriptions are.not being authorized. Other than Jessica I hate to have to deal with Sedgwick. Someone help me.
