My claim was transferred to the Long Beach office and I can,t even get an operator to get me to my new adjuster. I had a great adjuster in Pasadena, Jessica Romero. Now my prescriptions are.not being authorized. Other than Jessica I hate to have to deal with Sedgwick. Someone help me.
Going on almost 30 days now and still haven't heard back from them.Not happy at all.Do not recommend,
God awful claims people. Response times are so slow, they dont care about you even when your vehicle is damaged by one of their clients. They do everything they can to cost you as much money as possible in hopes you'll get so frustrated that you'll just say forget it. They'd probably even screw their own parents over on a claim if they had to. Shauna Dabney is the absolute worst rep they have. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't get a rental and it's costing me money as I can't work from home. Avoid dealing with these idiots... read more
I have nothing negative to say about Sedwick they were there for me they were very patient understanding and gave me the service that I needed in a professional way their employees were very intelligent and met my expectations at a high level yes it was an ongoing claim because the medical provider that I visited was per diem and I had to wait until that individuals return to get the papers signed I won't go until detail on what happened with that provider but I will say that the companies management team took care of my nee... read more
