Never get a returned phone call. We keep getting billed for things that they need to cover and have no idea if they are even getting our messages. Horrible experience. This has been going on since the beginning of January.
I lost a lawsuit do to then not communicating.
Impossible to get in touch with a person. Have left multiple messages for several people over the last week with no response. Information on website regarding providers is outdated and incorrect
Been out of work for 2 weeks, myself and my employer have been calling non stop and can’t get ahold of anyone here. Sedgwick claims a 48 hour response time. But I’m here being refused treatment because I need workmen’s comp to be started but no one here can pick up a damn phone.
