Been out of work for 2 weeks, myself and my employer have been calling non stop and can’t get ahold of anyone here. Sedgwick claims a 48 hour response time. But I’m here being refused treatment because I need workmen’s comp to be started but no one here can pick up a damn phone.
Sedgwick (Boise office) has been handling my claim for 7 years of "HELL" these people are worse than the State Farm rep I started with... my claims rep quit at the beginning of December 23' no one took over my Claim so they stopped sending my check for a 3 month adventure, now my claims rep has decided that they have completed their obligation and are terminating my PTD claim, something that can only be done in Labor Commission Court ... Never the less I will be a Homeless Veteran waiting for the court to reinstate my claim.... read more
The communication from this company is nearly non existent. They don't follow up in a timely manner. Don't bother calling a phone, and don't pay for anything work related They will not Reimburse you for the funds like medication that you need. Do To the fact that a pharmacy doesn't have your workers comp.Case number. And doctors email or fax prescription.
Injured since 5/7/24 work injury. Still off work due to a fracture tibia. Plus no payment yet and don't respond. Slow service
If you have to deal with a Chantelle or a Sydney, you will never hear anything back. This is a joke of a company who doesn't care about your well being. If you have to file a claim through these people, plan on not getting paid or even hear from them within 3 months
