Can’t even heal from having to deal with so much unnecessary crap. Love how they say “ We’ve been trying to contact you.” But NEVER get anything. It is ridiculous to keep sending the same paperwork over and over again for the same crap. And how the heck does a leave get approved for surgery but short term disability is pending??? No one seems to know what going on
Worst claim service I’ve ever dealt with. Made a claim on November 20th 2024. Was told someone will contact me in 2 days. It is now January 21st, 2+ months later, and no one has called. Better business bureau needs to fine this place the maximum fine. Pitiful service.
They’re handling my claim for Hyundai Motor America. Hyundai sent them the check that Sedgwick is supposed to get it to me. They will not get back to you! They will keep the money the company has sent them for you. Their claims people keep quitting. This company holds your money and purposely keeps it and makes it difficult to get it from them. They are horrible and I wish big companies would stop using them. I filed complaints with the BBB and FCC. This company needs to be held accountable! My next step is a lawsuit.
