Horrible how the process goes, horrible when you get paid not on time or on weird days, simple things make the process hard and you get denied for majority of everything.
I interact with Sedgwick frequently. Sometimes that interaction is professional and prompt. Recently, I have been ignored. My phone calls are not answered. My voicemails are not returned. My emails are ignored. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Just don’t!!! I promise this is your biggest mistake trusting this company!!
BEWARE AND BE ADVISED: I rented a “climate controlled” storage locker at this location in February of 2025 for $85 plus the $15 Orange Door insurance that is available through Public Storage (I discovered later that Public Storage actually owns this insurance company). 12 months later after my initial move in my monthly rent including the Orange Door insurance cost incrementally became $237.
