On Friday September 19, 2025 I was in a Chic Fil A drive through in Springfield MO on S Glenstone. The tent next to the drive through was lifted by the wind and dragged across the hood of my car leaving several scratches. Chic Fil A uses Sedgwich and Sedgwick assigned a claim number and an agent named Richard Muhammed and he have never returned my calls. I messaged the owner of the Chic Fil A and he has now stopped communicating with me. Chic Fil A is owned by Christians? Is this what Jesus would do? Nope.
I have been trying to get a return phone call for months from my claims agent Tajuana and she will not return my calls. I have emailed time and time again in the early spring and was asked for more information and pictures and copies, which I sent. Her response to those in the spring was to send them again. Now that she has had all the bills and copies of pictures for months-she is not returning my calls or emails. Very disappointed as the first call she seemed pleasant and professional.
Sedgwick is in a place of their own!!!!! They put down the wrong dates that I gave them and refused to change them, creating a big mess at my work. They have the time to wait forever I don’t. I am waiting for them to put down the date I told them to and, after 4 calls they still won’t change the date, but they will put a note in there saying new date pending.
Can’t even heal from having to deal with so much unnecessary crap. Love how they say “ We’ve been trying to contact you.” But NEVER get anything. It is ridiculous to keep sending the same paperwork over and over again for the same crap. And how the heck does a leave get approved for surgery but short term disability is pending??? I have been under a surgeons care this whole time with VERY prompt answers from me and the surgeons team whom I’ve been in contact with far more than a computer generated Sedgwick messenger.
