On Friday September 19, 2025 I was in a Chic Fil A drive through in Springfield MO on S Glenstone. The tent next to the drive through was lifted by the wind and dragged across the hood of my car leaving several scratches. Chic Fil A uses Sedgwich and Sedgwick assigned a claim number and an agent named Richard Muhammed and he have never returned my calls. I messaged the owner of the Chic Fil A and he has now stopped communicating with me. Chic Fil A is owned by Christians? Is this what Jesus would do? Nope.

I have been trying to get a return phone call for months from my claims agent Tajuana and she will not return my calls. I have emailed time and time again in the early spring and was asked for more information and pictures and copies, which I sent. Her response to those in the spring was to send them again. Now that she has had all the bills and copies of pictures for months-she is not returning my calls or emails. Very disappointed as the first call she seemed pleasant and professional.

Sedgwick is in a place of their own!!!!! They put down the wrong dates that I gave them and refused to change them, creating a big mess at my work. They have the time to wait forever I don’t. I am waiting for them to put down the date I told them to and, after 4 calls they still won’t change the date, but they will put a note in there saying new date pending.
