☆☆☆☆ My experience with Sedgwick has been extremely disappointing. Throughout my insurance claim, I have had to repeatedly challenge incorrect valuations, missing items, and aspects of the assessment that I believe should have been identified from the outset. Rather than the process being straightforward, I found myself constantly having to provide additional evidence, photos, product links, and explanations to have items properly reviewed. It’s a shame that I can not give them a 0 star. Have to be the most disingenuous, unethical company I have ever dealt with. Blatantly tell mistruths and shift blame to anywhere they can. Without doubt everything that is wrong with insurance bundled up as a loss adjuster.
