It’s a shame that I can not give them a 0 star. Have to be the most disingenuous, unethical company I have ever dealt with. Blatantly tell mistruths and shift blame to anywhere they can. Without doubt everything that is wrong with insurance bundled up as a loss adjuster.
This Company Sedgwick Australia working on behalf of Chubb Insurance are absolutely useless.

Sedgwick has been working on a. a tender for my building for over 2 years. Since then my living room has been flooded, and my ceiling caved in in my bathroom. They ignore emails, phone calls and requests to complete the tender (it is still not complete) or fix my problem. Their solution 4 months ago was to place a tarp over the entire roof for 6-8 months - the building has 42 units in it! Do not hire them to manage a tender of fix a problem
