Unfortunately this company doesn’t answer their phone or reply to emails when their help is needed. Sent two follow up emails. None replied. Very frustrating lack of service and it just sends a “we don’t care” message as far as I am concerned
Sedgwick was appointed on behalf of alliance insurance. They then got a contractor EZY Projects - who were terrible. Although sedgwick call to check progress, they were no help in getting an alternative contractor. Small window replacement Job took almost 1 year and multiple visits and setbacks.
Once they win the job the contractor takes over the big handball comes out. Pass on .pass on
