i have tried many occasions to collect from ins and I'm not getting a call or email back
The adjuster named “Chris Brown” takes FOREVER to get back in touch with you. Worst company ever. Our house got extreme water damage from frozen pipes and because of that the house is not livable. We had to move out and buy a new house while HOPING AND PRAYING THAT THE INSURANCE THAT WE PAY FOR WOULD HELP US. Here we are 4 months later and still no progress. I highly don’t recommend this company or Chris Brown.

This is by far the worst short term disability insurance company I have ever come across! We have tried numerous times to get into contact with the claims department, have left voicemails for weeks! The customer service needs improvement desperately, we have a family to feed my husband has been out of work due to a injury and going on 2 months we are still yet to receive much of any help on his claim! 3 dogs died after eating Purina Pro Plan. I have been in contact with Purina which was glad i went straight to them. they told me to send sample to test it, which i thought it was going to be a lab test. They tell me it takes 4-6 weeks to test. I call back after 2 weeks and they tell me rudely again it takes 4-6 weeks. I call again after a month and they tell me the reslults came back but were not a ttached to my file and they were not sure why. then they tell me to call sedgwick their shady claims company.
