Too bad you can't rate less than 1 because that's what they deserve a zero. This has been the worst part of being out on short term disability after having a stroke. No one communicates, dead lines are passed with no outcome the reps you can get on the phone don't know anything. Can't get ahold of your "examiner" but miss one call from them they ready to close out the claim for "not being able to reach you" this company sucks. Called and a woman hung up on me after saying 3 words. Now no one will answer the phone. I’m calling about a claim with no help at all.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past month about a claim. I was hit by a person who was in an Avis rental vehicle in San Antonio covered by Sedgwick and I haven't received a call back or any emails regarding the claim or repayment for the damages done to my vehicle! The one time I did, after already waiting 4 hours for a call back, the customer service representative had an attitude with me when SHE called ME!
