Terrible company. Not only was i “unable to receive direct deposit” but they fought every medical bill i had related to my work injury, fought me every time i didn’t get checks (which was a couple months at first and a continual problem throughout my claim so far) i had to leave my apartment because i wasn’t getting any income and couldn’t pay rent. Terrible company.
Jaden Lorenz refused to complete my claim after my vehicle was struck by a row of grocery carts because he said I sent him a disrespectful email. I know I spent over $7,000 a year some months I spend $1,300 @ Kroger, this will stop. So the $2,400 I was to receive will be a drop in the bucket. 4A2308Y1H7-0001

Worse company ever to do business with . Would not 100% recommend using them and if you happen to file a claim and these people are handling it you are screwed.
