I wish I didn’t have to leave any stars. AWFUL COMPANY. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly been told that additional medical information was needed because Sedgwick had not received the required documentation. I was also informed that requests for this information were sent to my healthcare provider on July 11. Sedgwick is the worst medical leave company I have ever dealt with. If my long term doctor says "she neeed to be off work due to stress" who are their "nurses" to tell me that there is not enough information to validate that claim? But then take so long to respond that there isn't enough time for you to continue to get the private information they need. HIPPA violation after HIPPA violation. My doctor isn't even comfortable dealing with them because they demand so much of my protected information in order to do anything for ... read more
