Sedgwick is the worst medical leave company I have ever dealt with. If my long term doctor says "she neeed to be off work due to stress" who are their "nurses" to tell me that there is not enough information to validate that claim? But then take so long to respond that there isn't enough time for you to continue to get the private information they need. HIPPA violation after HIPPA violation. This company terrible
Terrible company. Not only was i “unable to receive direct deposit” but they fought every medical bill i had related to my work injury, fought me every time i didn’t get checks (which was a couple months at first and a continual problem throughout my claim so far) i had to leave my apartment because i wasn’t getting any income and couldn’t pay rent.
