Had three cases of olive oil and mayo drop approximately 10 feet up tip and land on the back of my head, neck, shoulders and off of my back three years ago. On Medicare now and it’s still showing as open. They said they closed it but the dates they sent were incorrect and they absolutely did not close it. Sent email after email, left voicemails. They responded with it’s closed. Medicare doesn’t just take your word and Sedgwick did not care. Walmart should be ashamed and I wish now I had ……
