So far worst experience in simply talking to anyone. After 3 weeks, I still have not reached a live person. I returned the call from my "claim specialist" to the 513 area code number she has left. She is never available during business hours, or any time to answer her phone. She returns phone calls from an 800 number and it goes to my spam but I've since added her to my data base so my phone will recognize her call, and I actually answered on the second ring and no one is there, then call is hung up! Total incompetence on full display thru every call. Awful horrid people work there.
Three injuries with two different fractures from work. But Sedgwick is only covering one fracture. They refuse to cover the other two injuries. My case manager is absolutely hateful and disrespectful. The best thing a client that’s suffering from the discrimination from this organization is to get an attorney. Sedgwick loves to discriminate and they are biased.
HORRIBLE DISHONEST UNCARING. They won't accept that we have turned in COMPLETED paperwork. They lie and won't budge about the truth. This is the worst company in the world. Messed up our lives for 6 months by not paying short term disability. If you're thinking about this company, DONT.
Horrible customer service. Shady policies. My mom is actively dying of cancer and I can’t get time off work in time because of the ridiculous hoops they require you to jump threw. Then they fail to do their job on a level so basic that they manage to loose my paperwork. Rude and incompetent staff. Stay away from any company that uses them
