Total incompetence on full display thru every call. Awful horrid people work there.
Three injuries with two different fractures from work. But Sedgwick is only covering one fracture. They refuse to cover the other two injuries. My case manager is absolutely hateful and disrespectful. The best thing a client that’s suffering from the discrimination from this organization is to get an attorney. Sedgwick loves to discriminate and they are biased.
HORRIBLE DISHONEST UNCARING. They won't accept that we have turned in COMPLETED paperwork. They lie and won't budge about the truth. This is the worst company in the world. Messed up our lives for 6 months by not paying short term disability. If you're thinking about this company, DONT.
Horrible customer service. Shady policies. My mom is actively dying of cancer and I can’t get time off work in time because of the ridiculous hoops they require you to jump threw. Then they fail to do their job on a level so basic that they manage to loose my paperwork. Rude and incompetent staff. Stay away from any company that uses them
Horrible company, very rude case workers, did not explain things when I called and specifically asked how to handle the claim and now out of money. When asked on follow up call they reverted to scapegoat of it's in the handbook. K, I'm sure they know their handbooks completely all day everyday. I pray you all get insurance claims and death benefits denied and lose your money because it was in the handbook or contract on disclaimers etc especially if you call for specific help from a rep prior to processing claim and they don... read more
