update 01/23/2024 @ Sedgewick - the portal still has my items as open. Please explain why I should update that Drew has not responded? update 01/17/2024 - Warranty person said they would contact me in a couple of weeks. That was on 11/30/23 and no contact. Sedgewick is very proud that they build "to code". Just remember state code is the bare minimum required. My doors meet code, but not quality. See the attached pics.
